Sebastian Vettel took the pole position and maybe he might be able to do something with it. Fernando Alonso definitely has a slower car but if the race requires 4 pitstops then advantage goes to Ferrari who has been able to manage tyres the best.
On top of this Fernando Alonso is considered one of the best drivers in rain along with Lewis Hamilton.
